Licits is built for Romanian construction companies. It reads every SEAP notice for works, shows which ones you can win, and drafts the offer with you.
Why Licits exists
Thousands of notices reach SEAP every week, written in dense procurement language. Large contractors have bid teams. A small contractor has a site to run, and reads tenders in the evening, if at all.
So the problem is rarely losing a tender. It is never seeing the right one in time, or not knowing early enough whether you qualify. We built Licits to close that gap.
What we believe
